Clindamycin Hydrocloride Injection

PROPERTIES: Yzindamycin is a colorless or almost colorless transparent liquid.

INDICATIONS:

This product is a kind of antibiotic agents. It can be used for the treatment of infections of sensitive bacteria and mycoplasma, like pneumonia, bronchitis, sepsis, suppurative arthritis, mastitis and etc. It is used for the treatment of such respiratory diseases like swine infectious pleuropneumonia, asthma, atrophic rhinitis, haemophilus parasuis and etc. It can treat such symptoms like elevated body temperature, anorexia, paresis, circling disease, rowing of four limbs, empurple of skin and etc caused by swine streptococcicosis. It can also used for the treatment of secondary infections and surgical infections caused by various kinds of respiratory disease caused by viruses. It is very effective in treating such symptoms like increased lochia after delivery, elevated body temperature and anorexia caused by post delivery infections or hysteritis in cattle, sheep, pigs and etc.

ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:

Intramuscular or intravenous injections of 5∼10mg/kg body weight (10ml for every 50 to 100 kg body weight) twice daily.

PRECAUTIONS:

This product is cross resistant with lincomycin. It is inhibited in animals with an allergic history against this product or lincomycin. It is inhibited to use in combination with ampicillin, phenytoin, barbital hydrochloride, aminophylline, calcium gluconate and magnesium sulplate. It is antagonized against erythromycin and these two drugs are not suitable for concurrent administration.
