DESCRIPTION:  

Yzpen is a white crystalline powder

INDICATIONS:  

Penicillin G Potassium is a antibiotics. Mainly uses for treatment of infections caused by Gram positive bacteria, also uses for infections caused by actinomycets and leptospirosis. Such as pigs erysipe, anthrax, gas gangrene,  malignant oedema, actinomycosis,equine sickness,cattles pyelonephritis, leptospirosis and mastitis, uteritis, pneumonitis, septicemia etc. treats the tetanus appropriate combine with the tetanus antitoxin.

USAGE AND DOSAGE:

Intramuscular administration, 1kg of body weight; dose for   horse, cattle, 10,000 - 20,000 units; sheep, pig, colt, calf : 20,000 30,000 units; dog, cat: 30,000 - 40,000 units; birds and poultry: 50,000 units.  2 3 times daily ; contineously use 2 3 days. Before administration adds the  sterrilized water for injection for dissolve.

SIDE EFFECTS:

The penicillin toxicity is very low, the conventional amount used may appear allergic reaction to the individual domestic animal partner, like the skin rash, the dropsy and so on. serious have the allergic shock. In the horse, pig appears the syptoms , such as perspiration, restless, the muscle trembles, saliva, has difficulty in breathing, stands not steadily, twitches etc.

PRECAUTIONS:

1. Penicillin potassium in water easy hydrolisis, therefore the injection should be  freshly prepare before administration . If needs must store in the refrigerator, It should be uses up in same day.

2. Penicillin not suitably administrated combine with tetracycline, oxytetracycline, kanamycin, gentamicin, polymyxin E, amphotericin B, sodium salt of sulfa drugs, sodium bicarbonate, vitamin C, noradrinalin ;atropin, chloropromazine etc.

3. Penicillin toxicity is low, but the minority domestic animasl may have allergic reaction, serious has the allergic shock. If does not administer first aid, always cause to died.

WITHDRAWAL TIME: The milk to discard 3 days after administrated.
